Doug Satzger is an iconic product creator and design leader whose work has helped define modern consumer technology. From contributing to the first iMac and iPhone to shaping product families used by millions, he transforms complex ideas into intuitive, human-centered solutions at scale.
He has built and led industrial design teams at Intel, HP, and Palm, was part of the founding team at IDEO, and later co-founded Atom Limbs, where he advanced prosthetics through robotics and ergonomic design.
Named on more than 500 patents, Doug works at the intersection of innovation, usability, and technology, continuing to lead teams and elevate how people interact with the world around them.

With over 15 years of experience, Dave leads products from concept to production, guided by a deep curiosity about how everyday objects shape people’s lives. Personal experiences within his own family inspired his commitment to design that makes daily routines easier, more inclusive, and more thoughtful. He studies real behaviors, uncovers meaningful pain points, and translates insight into intuitive, lasting solutions.
Recognized for excellence across consumer technology and household brands, Dave has led design at Intel, NVIDIA, HP, and Palm, earning international awards and filing more than 25 patents. He balances bold innovation with production, quality, cost, and sustainability.
